The British boxer will face the American YouTuber in an eight-bout match which will be shown in real-time on Netflix.
British boxer Joshua declared he will "stamp all over" Jake Paul and "overpower" the American as the pair came face-to-face to promote the upcoming heavyweight fight.
Former two time world boxing king Joshua meets social media star turned fighter Paul - in what is, theoretically, a mammoth uneven pairing - at Miami arena on December 19th.
Boxer's Mentality
"I'm going to damage his features and break his body up. I aim to demonstrate I'm the better fighter," the British boxer, 35, stated.
"I plan to overwhelm him. That's how fighters think.
"I'm going to really want to cause him pain. That's what I want to do."
Civil Interaction
Despite these statements, a composed Joshua and social media star Jake Paul - typically famous for his dramatics - shared friendly words and maintained decorum with each other.
Jake Paul rather attacked ex Joshua's opponent Francis Ngannou and described him as "a joke" after the Cameroonian declined a bout proposal.
Taking Aim at Tyson Fury
Joshua, at the same time, targeted UK opponent Fury - and declined a million-pound wager 'Tyson Fury' states he will put on a Paul win.
"[Paul] is superior to Tyson Fury - he showed up," Joshua said.
"I respect him for that."
Serious Fighter
Despite saying he intends to hurt Jake Paul, Joshua chose not to talk badly about his opponent's fighting skills.
"Jake is a credible opponent," he remarked.
Paul's History
Jake Paul - who first rose to fame on the television network - has primarily fought MMA fighters or faded names since entering professional boxing.
He was defeated by British fighter Tommy Fury in last year.
Commercial Attraction
Nevertheless, the relative newcomer remains one of the sport's largest commercial attractions, regularly earning substantial earnings.
Forecast and Confidence
The 28-year-old anticipated a KO victory in rounds four or five and stated he would stop the highly-expected match between Joshua and Fury, which is apparently being planned for two years from now.
"The next fight will be me versus Tyson Fury in the coming year," Jake Paul declared.
Physical Difference
As Joshua and Paul participated in the traditional face-off, with their size difference on show, it drove home just how improbable this whole event is - and how amazing it is that the fight is really proceeding.
